
Academy of Podcasters
The Academy is made up of podcasters, industry professionals, and enthusiasts. Nominations are public but must follow certain criteria, and a committee of previous members selects new Hall of Famers. Winners are announced during an awards ceremony at Podcast Movement.

AdWeek
Podcasts must be submitted for consideration, with a cost between $199-$299 depending on how close to the deadline. In addition to general categories such as “Podcast Episode of the Year”, several of the categories focus on shows with professional audiences like “Best Marketing Podcast” or on the industry itself like “Podcast Executive of the Year”.

The Asia Podcast Festival is a celebration and recognition to Podcast excellence in Asia.

Science Media Awards
22 categories that celebrate the best content and craft in science media and journalism, including Audible Science, which is awarded to the best radio show or podcast. The Jackson Hole Science Media Awards & Summit are produced in partnership with WGBH in Boston. Finalist are selected by a panel of international judges.

Shorty Social Good Awards

The Digiday Awards
The Digiday Content Marketing Awards exist to recognize the companies and campaigns using content to modernize media and marketing. Prizes were handed out in 20 categories at the 2020 Digiday Content Marketing Awards, including one for Best B2B Branded Content Series, one for Best B2C Branded Content Series, and one for Best Branded Podcast.

The People's Choice Podcast Awards
The People's Choice Podcast Awards is the longest running premier podcast awards event in the podcasting space open to shows worldwide. Designed from the begining to allow fans to show their appreciation by nominating their favorite participating shows. Culminating with a live streamed awards show during the 2020 International Podcast day live event.

The Webby Awards
The Webby Award Competition is open to all organizations and individuals involved in the process of designing, building, managing, maintaining, marketing or promoting digital work. All work that is entered must have been in general use for at least part of the current calendar year. Entries do not, however, need to have been created this year. Entries that have won awards in past Webby Awards competitions are eligible for the current competition. So don’t shy away from defending your crown. There is also no limit to the number of entries you may submit or the number of categories you may enter.

Tribeca Film Fest Podcast Awards
Recognizing the importance of audio storytelling, the Festival will curate an Official Selection of podcasts and audio stories, with an emphasis on discovering, highlighting, and celebrating independent work. Selected projects for the 2022 Tribeca Festival will be showcased on the Festival’s website and/or in-person listening stations for the duration of the Festival. Selected projects will be reviewed by a jury of leaders and professionals in the entertainment and audio industry and be eligible for an official festival award.
